Living a life of faithfulness is challenging in the best of times, especially if we are doing life and faith on our own. When we are left on our own, we might struggle to recognize God’s presence in our lives and might fail to see God’s blessings at work.
This is where small group spiritual direction enters in. I call these groups, Soul Tending Circles because coming together with others striving to live faithfully can open our hearts and minds to see God at work more clearly.
Soul Tending Circles offer the benefit of a beloved community, mutual encouragement, ongoing support, new perspectives, and caring conversations in the ups and downs of life. Together, participants in the group intentionally listen and look for the ways God is showing up in the lives of group participants. These interactions and insights can foster a deeper spiritual life.
If participating in a Soul Tending Circle sounds like something you’d like to try, reach out to me, and let’s explore it together.
